1. How will the City enforce occupancy?

The City, following this order, will enforce occupancy based on the number of bedrooms as determined by the Wood County Building Department and as cited on the Wood County Auditor's website.

2. Has the Zoning Code been updated since this order?

No, the Zoning Code remains; however, the Court's standard will be used. In 2020 and 2021, the entire zoning code will be reviewed and updated. During this process the applicable sections of the Zoning Code will be amended to reflect the Court's order.
