Development Plan

In 2017, Development Strategies was hired by the City and Bowling Green State University to study the East Wooster Street corridor in order to provide strategies for developing this section of Bowling Green. This examination encompassed findings from the 2014 Future Land Use Plan and the 2017 Community Action Plan. On December 11, Development Strategies presented to the City Council Committee-of-the-Whole the initial findings.

The East Wooster Street project information was presented at the Open House on December 10, 2015, at the Bowling Green State University Stroh Center.
