Development Plan
In 2017, Development Strategies was hired by the City and Bowling Green State University to study the East Wooster Street corridor in order to provide strategies for developing this section of Bowling Green. This examination encompassed findings from the 2014 Future Land Use Plan and the 2017 Community Action Plan. On December 11, Development Strategies presented to the City Council Committee-of-the-Whole the initial findings.
